You can of course make an appointment directly with them without going through step 1, but step 1 will give you a clear idea of the work to be done.

Defining your package

Once your eligibility has been confirmed by the Chamber of Commerce's House of Entrepreneurship or the eHandwierk service, we'll work with you to define the package that best meets your needs. The quotation must be between €6,650 ex VAT and €25,000 ex VAT.

Submitting and reviewing your application

An experienced advisor from the House of Entrepreneurship or the Chambre des Métiers will guide you through the process of filling out your application for financial assistance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
The Direction Générale des Classes Moyennes of the Ministry of the Economy analyzes and makes a decision on your application.

Evaluating your project

The final evaluation of your project is an essential step in measuring your satisfaction, the savings achieved and the positive impact on your business, thus guaranteeing a successful digital transition. So once the support is complete, an evaluation meeting is organized to assess your level of satisfaction and the savings achieved. This marks the end of the process.

Receiving state aid

Once your project has been assessed and the entire invoice paid, you'll quickly receive the €5,000 lump-sum grant from the Ministry of the Economy's General Directorate for the Middle Classes, making your financial advantage a reality.
