Who am I?
My name is Nessim π₯·π½, and for over 10 years I've been navigating between digital marketing, AI and automation, always with the same desire: to make things simple, effective... and above all actionable.
I've coached over 1,000 people: entrepreneurs, managers, freelancers, associations, SMEs, scale-ups... in Luxembourg π±πΊ but also internationally.
All this started from a simple observation: how to maximize my impact in order to achieve my goals. My aim is always the same: to help you move forward faster, with clarity, and without wasting your energy on things that serve no purpose.
I work as a trainer at the Chamber of Commerce, a coach, a consultant... but above all as a partner who listens, who challenges, and who adapts to your level and your project.
Why did I create Vmerci? π
Because I was asked to! lol
At first, I started helping people around me, other entrepreneurs and start-ups, by sharing what I'd learned. Then one, then two, then three people asked me if I could help them and do it for them.Β
And that's how Vmerci was born. I didn't want to be an agency in the traditional sense because it didn't fit in with who I was and what I wanted to do. So I created a structure where I can coach, train and support, while working with a network of experts I've met throughout my career.Β
The best in each field and only with experts. This is my philosophy, to help other entrepreneurs and managers achieve their goals. Marketing, AI and automation are only means to an end.

I'm not comfortable with the technique, is that a problem?
Not at all. In fact, my role is to simplify your life. I explain things simply, equip you with the right tools, and make you autonomous (if you want to be).
Is it suitable for a very small structure?
Absolutely. I work with freelancers, small businesses, associations and even scale-ups. We adjust the method, tools and priorities according to your size and means.
Do you do everything yourself?
I can handle a lot of things, but I also have a network of trusted experts (developers, creatives, ads managers...) with whom I work when necessary to get things done faster. I always remain your main contact.
How do you get started?
You write to me or book a call. We discuss your project, your needs, and I tell you clearly if I can help you - or not. No strings attached, just a friendly chat to get things started.
Do you work with beginners?
Yes, of course. Whether you're just starting out or already have a great deal of experience, I'll adapt to your level and pace. What's important is that you're motivated to take your project forward.
